2. What the Warranty Covers

Here is what our Lifetime Warranty covers:

Manufacturing Defects — These are issues with a product that is impairing its use on the basis of materials or workmanship as they were intended to operate from the beginning-fractured precious metals, misshapen earrings etc.

Loose Stones – Any synthetic diamond being loose, because of a manufacturing defect caused by us.

Covered: Defects with Metal Integrity (Cracks, Breaks) due to Manufacturing

3. What is NOT Covered by the Warranty

What Our Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover

Ordinary Wear and Tear: This covers scratches, fading of materials. 

Accident or misuse: Not covered, impacts from the outside on jewelry will not be paid by insurance in claims.

You are setting out what happens if you bring in 3rd party to fix things, i.e. void the warranty

Loss or Theft: The vendor does not provide warranties for loss and theft. Adding insurance is an option we always recommend on your jewelry.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you think your jewelry is eligible for repair or replacement under our Lifetime Warranty, here's what to do:

Sales: Call or Email Our Customer Service Team For Warranty Claim. Include the order number, a description of what happened and pictures if applicable.

Assessment — We may ask you to send us the jewelry, so we could examine it closer as part of our evaluation. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Nonfunctioning Product: if the product is confirmed to have manufacturing problem, we will replace or repair it at no charge. All return shipping costs for repaired or replaced items are covered by us.

5. Lifetime Maintenance

6. Limitations and Exclusions

Lifetime Warranty: Valid for the original purchaser with Proof of Purchase from Ethical Adorn

Non-Transferable: This warranty is limited to the original owner and is not transferable.
