Return and refund Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to commence return. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition. It should not be unworn and unused. Removal of tags and original packaging is not engaged. You will be asked to submit the confirmation email, proof of purchase, and the order number.

Moissanite items will be charged a 20% restocking fee, while returns of CVD jewelry will be charged a 30% restocking fee. This is so that it fits your exact size, diamond options, and metal preference. Your ring is made to order. This cost contributes toward the labor associated with resizing and polishing your returned item. The restocking fee may be higher depending on the level of labor required if the item needs extensive cleaning or repairs, or if its condition makes it unsellable. 

Damages and issues

At your acknowledgment after receiving the item correctly check it out. Inform at the earliest about defects, the damages or the wrong item has been delivered.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanges

As those items are costly and precious, accepting returns or exchanges for following arent possible:
  * Individual or customized orders

  *Custom-made eternity bands

  *Any physical harm to the product

20% of the initial purchase price will be taken as a restocking fee if a client wants to exchange their ring. The new purchase will be funded with the remaining amount. The consumer will also be responsible for any price difference incurred during the exchange. [Note: The percentage may change if the cost of stones or gold rises or falls].

This exchange policy is only available for one exchange per piece and must be started within 30 days of the ring's delivery. The credit is only good for one exchange per piece and cannot be used for other purchases.

For us to ensure that your jewelry arrives securely, please get in touch with us before returning it. We strongly advise that you insure your box and send it via a traceable courier; we are not liable for products lost in the mail. Clients are responsible for paying the return shipping expenses.

Returns

Having gotten and going over your return, we'll quickly inform you of whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, with your original payment method refund would be instantly done. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may need some time from your bank or credit card company.

Cancellation

If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. We start processing orders immediately, and cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 20% fee to cover restocking and labor costs.

This fee is necessary to account for the time and resources already invested in processing your order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Resizing

At Ethical Adorn, we recognize how important it is for your jewelry—especially rings—to fit perfectly. For this reason, we provide ring resizing so that your jewelry will fit you wonderfully and comfortably.

Limitations on Resizing:

Rings can be adjusted up to one full size in each direction.

Please be aware that resizing outside of this range may risk the piece's integrity and beauty; as a result, our policy cannot allow for it.

Exceptions

If the ring has a shank that is set with complete eternity stones, resizing is not possible because of the detailed design and setting. Therefore, in such cases, we are unable to proceed with resizing.

It is recommended that customers who own rings falling into this category swap them for rings that fit properly. Our customer support staff would be happy to help you with this procedure.

We may exchange your original ring for an identical one in your size instead of resizing it, if:

- It's faster

- Resizing would compromise the design's integrity. It only applies to plain gold bands without stones. We'll craft a new ring from scratch we will be communicating with you about this.

Shipping costs should be paid by the client.

Information About Repairs

Please follow this important knowledge when you need to repair any item. Also, contact us. 

  • Our repair experts draft an intake form that details the piece's present state as well as any necessary repairs. To keep everyone in the loop, we will give you a copy of that intake form every time.
  • After that, we will not inquire with you for consent to carry out any service that is covered under the insurance policy. This may encompass any of the following:

- Shifting out or restructuring stones

- altering the setting

- Prong repair or substitution

-Swapping out thinner sections of the band 

- Adjusting the ring's size

  • If you  would prefer that once we begin, we review and approve the scope of the task. 

or  if you don't want us to move with any of the above work related to warranty, please let us know before you give us your item.

  • We'll inform you if any work has to be done that is not covered by the warranty. At that time, you will have the option to refuse those fixes if you so want.
  • Shipping fees are the client's responsibility in both directions
  • We now need two to three weeks to complete repairs after receiving your item.

NOTE:  Unique stones will not be replaced and unable to give a limited-edition for a new stone.
